NameCondon's SurgeryTypeBuildingResidenceBusinessGeolocation[1] AddressTongarra Road and Russell Street, Albion ParkDescriptionThe house was built for F.D. Bolin who was the Town Clerk of Shellharbour Council 1937 to 1951.
After World War Two housing was hampered by financial limitations, materials shortages, and building restrictions governing size and style of housing. Pattern book designs sought to limit internal circulation space, which is demonstrated by this house set in three steps. Use of weatherboards also suited this rural locality.
The house is now used as a surgery for Dr. Condon. The house next door was built in the 1930's for George and Mary Fleet.
