AIRCO DH6 Plane Stapleton's Paddock, Albion Park.
Accordin to ADF Serials Website, the plane crashed into a fence and was badly damaged (possibly while giving joy rides. It had been hired to T.H. Barkell of Sydney without a Certificate of Airworthiness and was used for joyriding during the Christmas holidays.
According to Albion Park local Bert Weston, Barkell damaged the axle and lugged it to Mood's Blacksmith's for repairs.
It is most likely that this aircraft was listed as B2804 when in military service.
