The family settled at Jamberoo.
Their son James King, married Julia Scannell 1862. They had several children;

Patrick and Grace King settled at Kiama, and moved from there to Jamberoo, then Berry and finally Dunmore in 1929.
They farmed at the property which was later named 'Watsonia' at Clear Hills on the Minnamurra River (Killalea State Park), for over 20 years before retiring to Shellharbour.
'Watsonia' was also called 'Lawarra' at one time, and was leased by the NRMA and operated as a campground. The NRMA named the property 'Watsonia' after President of the NRMA Association JB Watson.
