NameMayfieldTypeBuildingFarmDescriptionOn arrival in the Illawarra c1876, Patrick and Mary Creagan moved to the farm of 140 acres as tenant farmers on George Laurence Fuller's 'Dunmore Estate', which they called 'Mayfield'.

Descendants of the Creagan's still own the neighbouring farm 'Anglesboro', where Patrick moved after 'Mayfield'.

In c1911 Ernest Graham leased 150 acres of 'Mayfield' from G L Fuller and later his son, B C Fuller leased the farm.

As the land was cleared, loose basalt stones were collected to be placed along boundaries and to secure stock principally using the Cornish dry stone construction method.
