Isabella's brother John Reddall, married Martha Wentworth, daughter of D'Arcy Wentworth who owned the Peterborough Estate (Shellharbour).
In 1835, Isabella married James O'Brien Croker at St Peter's Church, Campbelltown.
The following year she was promised a grant by Governor Gipps, of 1280 acres in the Illawarra, known as 'Croom'. She was intitled to the grant on the grounds she was the daughter of a reverend.

Isabella Croker died in 1861 at New Norfolk, Tasmania.
Ebenezer Russell purchased her Croom estate in 1852.
