TitleSt Paul's Catholic School, Albion ParkPhoto Number002230Datec.1925DescriptionThe original school, called St Joseph's, was built on the eastern side of the convent on land purchased from Samuel Clarke in 1881-1882. A new three-roomed school was opened 10th May 1925 by the right Rev W Hayden, Bishop of Wilcannia-Forbes. However, due to torrential rain the official ceremony was not finalised until June 1925. The school was extended in 1961, the first of five extensions. It was called St Patrick's for a short period, reverted to St Joseph's until approximately 1939-1940 when it assumed the name of the parish patron 'Saint Paul'.PlaceSt Paul's Catholic Primary School LocationAlbion Park
