Their daughter and son-in-law Blanche and Stanley Mattinson took over the farm after they were married. George and Mary Ann moved tot heir son's farm 'Beechgrove' at Yallah in 1923. After a short time here, the purchased the cottage opposite Albion Park School for 250 pounds. The property included ten acres of land and was bordered by Crome (now Russell St) and back as far as the Albion Park Pioneer Cemetery. George Fleet died 18th November, 1942. Mary Ann died 28th January, 1948.
