This photograph was taken out the front of Stan Teggins home, 138 Central Avenue, Oak Flats (cnr Lynn Street). Stan was the Shellharbour Municipal Town Clerk, and when Keith was Mayor, Stan would make Keith and his son Bob, tea and toast on a Saturday morning while they caught up with their bookwork.
