Provenance and SignifcanceWattle Grove' was the property of Richard Padlar Ball. He purchased Lot 46, part of the Terry's Meadows land sale of the original grant to Samuel Terry.

The farm and homestead were on the western side of Terry Street, Albion Park.

The house was burnt down by vandals after the property was sold to Miltonbrook to develop the Centenary Estate.

Fred Ball Park, named after Richard's grandson, is the site of the former homestead.DonorSmith, Joseph Borrowdale
