In 1898, William Moles moved to 'Toongla' from his Tongarra property. On his death in 1911, title passed to his daughters, Barbara and Marion Moles.

'Toongla' house and gardens were classified by the National Trust in 1982. It is under a permanent conservation order, and in private ownership at time of this production.DonorHentze, Derek
