Phillip Kingsmill Parbury 1910-1988. Early in the 1930s he visited England for professional training and in 1936 led a team that started up Lysaght’s Port Kembla sheet mill. He joined the AIF in 1939, serving in Libya, Greece, Syria and New Guniea.
The Parbury family lived at Dunmore House during Mr Parbury's time at Lysaghts, Port Kembla.
The Minshull family, Tom (gardener and chauffer), his wife (cook) and children lived in the former servants quarters during 1955-1961.
