NameGinndawarrabellTypeFarmGeolocation[1] DescriptionThe Fitzgerald family leased 'Ginndawarrabell' 110 acres from George Laurence Fuller, and later his son George Warburton Fuller c.1876-1922.
Initially the lease was to Gerald Fitzgerald. By 1883 Mrs James Fitzgerald Jnr was the lessee of the same acreage, and from 1911-1922 Patrick Fitzgerald was lessee of 171 acres 1 rod 3 perches.
This additional acreage may indicate the period when the homestead was moved from the hill at the top of Browns Road, to the foot of the hill, just off Swamp Road.
The dry stone walls continue to mark lot boundaries. Rare stone animal pens and figs remain as highly visible evidence of the original location of the farmhouse.
