DescriptionBoles Meadows' is the location of Samuel Terry's original homestead block on the Terry's Meadows estate. It has strong local historic association with pioneering families including Russell and Boles. The nearby bridge on the Illawarra Highway is named for the Boles family.

The weatherboard homestead is a good local example of Victorian era architecture, once characteristic of pastoral holdings. Their number is declining and now forms a very small percentage of the overall remaining building stock.

The property remains within its rural setting near the majestic Illawarra escarpment.
