She arrived free in Sydney c.1845 and married Joseph Dunster at St Luke's, Dapto on the 17th April, 1856. Jane was the step-daughter of Robert Wilson of Shellharbour. Joseph was a storekeeper at Tullimbar 1856-1865 and farmed at 'River Farm', Tongarra. They moved to 'The Hill', Shellharbour in 1865.
