The Club held their Golden Jubilee of 1996 and produced a book of achievements and Executive Officers 1947-1996, over the 50 years.
The Jubilee book featured Dianne Gorman, champion player, Medal of Australia and first female hockey player inducted into the Sport Australia Hall of Fame 1986.
Dianne is honoured on Shellharbour City Hall of Fame 1988.
The first Life Membership of Albion Park Women's Hockey Club was bestowed on Mary Marley in 1963 in appreciation of her services since the formation of the club. Mary was a foundation member and served as President for 49 consecutive years.
The Mary Marley Hockey Centre at Croom Stadium was named in her honour, in 1996.
