TitleClermont', Lake Illawarra SouthPhoto Number003388DateAugust 2001DescriptionClermont' Guest House was built in 1929, on lots 1 and 2, 13-15 Reddall Parade by R. W. Harradine following the subdivision of the Peterborough Estate in 1921. The building was purpose built as a guest house originally containing 49 rooms, reflecting the rise of popularity of the area as a tourist destination. Many social dances, concerts and functions were held as 'Clermont' became the cultural centre of the area. The building was later converted to a boarding house and eventually fell into disrepair. It was demolished in 2002.Place13-15 Reddall ParadeLocationLake Illawarra SouthDonorGillis, Kevin
