Henry came first abord the 'Benalla' in June 1913, and Amy followed with the children aboard the 'Irishman' in November 1913.
At the 1921 sale of the Oak Flats Estate Subdivision, Harry Bull purchased Lot 2 - 217 acres, near Mt Wentworth, Albion Park Rail. In 1945 the farm was sold to Patrick McDermott, and in 1948, McDermott sold it to Francis Collaery.
In 1947 Harry Bull purchased Lot 9 of the Peterborough Estate subdivision, which was once the site of Captain Addison's home 'Lake House', renamed 'Peterborough Homestead' by subsequent owners, the Reddall family. The original homestead burn down in 1928.
Harry and Amy's eldest daughter Dorothy May, married Edwin Bonser in 1934. Edwin lived on an neighbouring farm 'Yovelton' (Lot 6 Oak Flats Estate), with his sister Ida.
