The Coughrane family owned ‘Cooby’ from the late 1800’s. Mr. Robert Coughrane leased ‘Cooby’, Portion 2, 69 acres, to Mr Nicholas Ball from c.1911 – 1916, where Robert Smith was occupier.
Nicholas Ball purchased the property in 1917. The Smith family later purchased ‘Cooby’.DonorHayes, Bruce
