John Michael O'Gorman was the son of Joseph Phillip O'Gorman and Ethel Jane Daley, and the grandson of Michael O'Gorman and Catherine Collins. Nancye Uhr was the daughter of Mr and Mrs N. Uhr of Point Perpendicular Lighthouse.
John Denis Condon farmed 'Hillcrest' prior to John O'Gorman. John's parents were John Joseph Condon and Catherine Louisa McCarthy. John Condon purchased the property of 87 acres from George Gear in 1918.
It is believed the property was known as 'Tullimbar View' when the Gear family owned it, from at least 1885.
