Provenance and SignifcanceHenrietta Lewis married Edward Puttnam while working in Fiji as a Nanny. Edward died of a heart attack when their daughter Alice was just three weeks old.
Henrietta married Walter Bush when she returned to Australia. He was a shopkeeper in Sydney. They had one son Harry. After the death of Walter, Henrietta established the Ocean Beach Hotel at Shellharbour Village 1929.
