AddressNW Corner Addison and Wentworth Streets,Shellharbour VillageDescriptionShellharbour Public Hall opened 8 December 1961. It included a large hall with stage and dressing room, a supper room, and public library on the top floor. The hall was opened by the Minister for Local Government and Highways, Mr Hills.

The Roo Theatre moved to the Hall in the mid 1990's. Shellharbour Library was housed on the top floor until 1996.
