Provenance and Signifcance
The Cousins Family moved to Jamberoo in the 1850's.
Christopher Cousins married Jane Barnes and moved to Stockyard Mountain with James Barnes and Thomas Cousins, all involved in the dairy industry.
Thomas Cousins was a bootmaker by trade and moved to Kiama to operate a boot making business.
He was later joined by Christopher after the dairying venture failed.
