Description
'Marshall Mount House'.
This house was built by Henry Osborne in the 1830s and named after his wife, Sarah (nee Marshall).
Osborne subdivided the property in 1890 and sold the farm lot with the homestead to Robert Menzies Dymock.
The home was purchased by George and Elizabeth McDonald and Elizabeth's brother John Russell in 1896.
The glass panels on the front door are inscribed with the names of the McDonald descendants.
