Provenance and Signifcance
This book belonged to Percy and Ethel Briggs of Albion Park Rail.
Percy was born in 1905 in Yorkshire, England to John Briggs and Anne Nurse. The Briggs family had 15 children.
Percy came to Australia in 1923 when he was 16 years old. His occupation at the time was a farm hand.
In 1930 at Kiama, Percy married Ethel Irene Randles.
