First entry - Minutes of the 47th Annual General Meeting of the Illawarra Co-operative Central Dairy Society Limited, held at the Literary Institute, Albion Park, Thursday 29 August 1946. Last entry - Minutes of the 53rd Annual General meeting 28 August 1952.

2 . Tan linen cover Minute Book - Inside front cover print 'WC Est 1850'. First entry - Minutes of the ordinary monthly board meeting of directors held in the registered office of the society on Tuesday 12 March 1985 at 10am. Last entry - Minutes of the ordinary meeting Tuesday 8 January 1980 at 10am.

3. Tan linen cover Minute Book - First Entry Monthly Meeting of Directors 18 February 1948. Last Entry - Minutes of the ICCD Local Production Committee 24th February 1954 at 8pm.

ICCD Minutes 1953 -1963 - paper bundle.Provenance and SignifcanceThe Illawarra Cooperative Central Dairy (ICCD) factory was built beside the railway line at Albion Park Rail on land provided by G L Fuller.

The formal opening of the ICCD was 27 September 1899. C W Wood was appointed manager, and H R Hobart the engineer.

Two steam engines drove the machinery and the refrigerating plant. Pasteurization was introduced in 1903 and by 1905 the Company was delivering milk to Sydney in hermetically sealed tanks.

The butter making section was upgraded in 1925 and in 1935 a new milk section was opened. The Company continued to improve and in 1956 marketed the "Warrilla" brand of butter.
