Descriptionhis home on Portion 3, Lot 2 of the Russell Estate subdivision, was owned by the Hazelton family, well known members of the Albion Park community.

The original Hazelton’s Store was located on its driveway, to the west of the bungalow until a new brick Hazelton store was built on the opposite side of the road at 115 Tongarra Road, now the site of 3 shops all of which are named 'Hazelton', with the hardware shop on the west end.

The store attracted a large following of loyal customers, due to the Hazelton's kindness and generosity to families during ‘hard times’. Later the Hazeltons relocated their original shop to Horsley Homestead in West Dapto.
